Songa Energy develops, builds, owns and operates two grid-connected hydropower plants in south-central Burundi, with the operational 1.65 MW Ruvyi102 Hydropower Plant located on the Upper Ruvyironza River and delivering power to the Burundi national grid since 2025, and the 9.0 MW Mule037 Hydropower Plant Project located on the Upper Mulembwe River and currently under construction for completion in 2027.
